Co-East with the assistance of Resource, the Council for Museums, Archives, and Libraries, are responsible for managing the resources below:

  1. Ask a Librarian - Public libraries are experts at finding information for you. Whatever the subject of your enquiry, our librarians will come up with an answer or guide you to sources of information that will help you.

  2. Familia - Familia is a web-based directory of family history resources held in public libraries in the UK and Ireland and is the on-line starting-place to find information about materials in public libraries which will help you trace your family history.

  3. Requests - to members of the public to place requests for items held within the Co-East catalogue via computers in their local library or via the web on their home or work computers.
